These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and t0777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the t0777 online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features made available at t0777.pro. By creating an account on t0777, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any feature of the platform.

t0777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the t0777 platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. These Terms apply to all players regardless of location, though t0777 primarily serves the Bangladesh market and all monetary references default to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Eligibility

Account Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on t0777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account. t0777 may request documentary evidence to verify any of these requirements at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Online gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. t0777 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may hold only one active t0777 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own details or the details of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or operating a t0777 account. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or agent of t0777, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Employees and affiliates are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

t0777 reserves the right to verify a player's eligibility at any stage and to request identity documents including a national ID card, passport, or mobile number verification. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending resolution. Where a suspended account held a balance, t0777 will endeavour to return verified funds to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

t0777 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verifiable payment source may be held or returned. Winnings derived from promotional funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. t0777 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding promotional rollover obligations from a withdrawal request where these have not been met.

Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on t0777 and constitutes a breach of these Terms. t0777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all bets and winnings from the relevant account, and to report the conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, interact with, or exploit any part of the t0777 platform, including game clients, betting interfaces, or the cashier.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino, or agreeing outcomes in any game that permits player interaction.
• Attempting to launder money or use the t0777 platform for any purpose connected with financial crime, including depositing funds of an illegal or unverified origin, or processing deposits through a payment method not belonging to the account holder.
• Exploiting any technical error, game malfunction, miscalculated odds, or software vulnerability in a way that gives an unfair advantage. t0777 reserves the right to void bets placed under such circumstances even after settlement.
• Charging back any deposit through a payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with t0777 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure, pursuit of outstanding amounts, and referral to relevant payment networks.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party, allowing a third party to access or use your account, or transferring funds between t0777 accounts through coordinated betting or any other means.

t0777 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect patterns of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, t0777 may immediately freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The standard of evidence required to establish prohibited conduct is the balance of probabilities; a criminal conviction is not required.

Legal

Intellectual Property, Amendments and Governing Law

All content on the t0777 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the t0777 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of t0777 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any t0777 content without prior written permission.

t0777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with or without notice, including adding or removing games, changing the cashier interface, updating promotional offerings, or restructuring navigation. t0777 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any platform feature. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to offshore online gaming operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the t0777 platform that cannot be resolved through t0777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by t0777. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and t0777.
